Quince Tree Way, is a full house renovation and rear extension project to a detached 1990’s property in Hampshire. The brief set out by the client was to extend the property, providing an open plan kitchen / dining space with connection to the garden.

The exterior of the extension features a modern touch with dark grey render, giving it an elegant and contemporary look. Inside the extension, we've made sure to optimize functionality and practicality. By lowering the floor internally, we've achieved a level threshold, making it effortless to move between the indoor and outdoor areas.
One of the highlights of the extension is the bespoke projecting oriel window. This unique architectural feature adds character to the space while also offering an inviting nook where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding views.
The heart of the extension is the Shaker style kitchen, which perfectly balances timeless design with contemporary appeal. Its classic charm adds warmth and elegance to the open plan layout.
