This project features a rear extension and dormer addition to a semi-detached property in Raynes Park, with an open-plan rear extension and full internal refurbishment. The design incorporates charred larch cladding, exposed concrete, and industrial-style Crittall glazing, creating a modern, industrial aesthetic that enhances both the interior and exterior spaces.
